Our New Bunk Bed (8.19.12)

The girls got a new bunk bed today and boy were they excited!!!

This winter we plan to update the room from baby to kid!

The girls received a little surprise from Santa himself. They inquired how he arrived, well by jet ski of course! The girls received a present of Sand Art...one of which will be tackled on a raining weekend. The night ended with a hayride around the campground.

So...Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

St. Paul Saints Game (7.18.2012)

Chad's law firm had their summer outing at the St. Paul Saints. The Partners and spouses prepared us a wonderful BBQ, then we all headed inside to watch the game. This was the first baseball game for the girls and they did great. Not being the best Mommy, I completely forgot to get a picture of them at the stadium...but caught a few after. Thanks T&K for a fabulous day!!!!

Both Girls were exhausted and crashed on the way home...here is Kendall completely out of it!

Sydney was very lucky to get a game ball! The foul ball bounced about 2 rows behind us, then rolled right by us. After yelling at Sydney to get the ball, she was just out of reach. It continued to roll to an older gentleman who graciously gave her the ball. She walked out of that stadium so proud as people around her express how cool it was that she got a game ball! My favorite part, when she told Kendall they could share it! Ahhh...proud moment for Mommy!

City Boy Gone Country??? (6.24.2012)

While visiting our good friends (Lee's), Chad got the opportunity to take the kids on a tractor ride. I know...most of you are saying that ain't no tractor...but to Chad it is. The kids had a blast and so did Daddy!

Summer Has Begun (5.13.2012)

The camper is open, the new porch is attached and the girls are running through the sprinkler. Yup, I'd say summer has begun. We are looking forward to yet another fun filled summer at the lake. This past weekend we enjoyed LOTS of time in the sun and a few rides on the pontoon.

We are extremely excited about our new porch. As you can tell, it's a decent size...you can barely see the camper behind it! The porch will be great on those nights that the bugs want to eat us alive. And we will be able to close it up for those rainy and/or colds days. It's a great add a room to our summer weekend get-a-way!
