Thanksgiving

We had a nice, quiet Thanksgiving this year. Grandma Shelley and Grandma Karen joined us at our house for a feast that was divine. Since it was such a quiet Thanksgiving, we decided to pull out all the Christmas decorations and put them out. The girls were fascinated by them all. My favorite part, them trying to put the Christmas decorations on the tree. They couldn’t quite figure out how to hang them, but would try to just set them in place. Of course this would not work and they would fall to the ground. They’d try it a couple times, then look to us for help.

Oh…we did have a visitor however. A little Elf came to visit us and will continue to visit us each day until Christmas. He is from the North Pole and was sent on assignment to make sure Kendall and Sydney were behaving themselves. Each night he makes the trip back to the North Pole and updates Santa on how the girls have been. Each morning when we wake, he has returned…usually sitting in a new spot. I sure hope the girls impress him!
